With the Realtor VIP Program, you’ll gain access to industry-leading mortgage solutions, fast approvals, and a team of mortgage experts committed to helping your clients secure the best rates and terms.
We offer two types of programs:
Affiliate Program
Our first program is an Affiliate Program designed for real estate agents. By referring your clients to us through your personalized link, you’ll earn an affiliate fee of 25% of the commissions earned when the deal closes. Additionally, when you refer other real estate agents or peers from your office to join our affiliate program, you’ll earn 10% of their closed business with us. This means that when a fellow agent you refer brings in business, you’ll earn 10% of their commission, while they still receive 25% for their own referrals.
Mortgage Licensing Program
Our second program allows you to obtain your mortgage license in the province where you’re located. While you maintain the client relationship, we handle the mortgage file processing for you. You get to keep the client for future mortgage products and renewals, building your book of business, while we take care of all the paperwork and work behind the scenes.

If you refer a client to us and the deal closes with $2,000 in commissions, you’ll earn 25% of that, which equals $500. If you also refer another agent, and they close a deal with $2,000 in commissions, you’ll earn 10% of their earnings, which would be $200.

Let’s say you refer 2 agents to the program, and each of them closes 5 deals a month with $2,000 in commissions per deal.
For 5 deals per month per agent:
By referring 5 deals per month and bringing in 2 agents, you can earn a total of $3,000 per month as an Affiliate Partner. This doesn’t include potential additional income from new referrals or higher commissions on larger deals!

Additional Revenue Streams: By getting your mortgage license, you open up new income opportunities from both initial deals and ongoing renewals. You can grow your business by offering your clients a full range of mortgage services, all while we manage the heavy lifting.

For each deal, your commission is 35% of the $2,000 commission:
With our mortgage products, you will also receive ongoing income through year trailers and renewals. Let’s assume you earn 10% of the original commission amount (or $200) per year for renewals, and you keep earning this as long as the client stays with us.
If you close 5 deals per month, over time, you’ll continue to earn trailer fees and renewals for each of those clients, adding a recurring stream of income.
With the Mortgage Licensing Program, not only can you earn $3,500 per month from new deals, but you will also build ongoing income through year trailers and renewals, adding recurring income. This combination of upfront commissions and long-term earnings makes it a great opportunity for long-term financial growth and stability. While also setting up your business to be sold in the future as an exit plan.
